Look at the part number of your serial card. If it starts with RAS-CSC-1000, you may continue to read the instructions below. Other part numbers, please contact us.
Ensure you have the latest service pack installed for your operating system. For Windows XP Professional, this should be the Service Pack 3 (SP3).
To install the driver:
- The driver setup file can be found in the CD provided in the RAS-CSC-1000 box.
- Double click on Setup.exe and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to install the device drivers and restart the computer when prompted.
- Your computer will automatically complete the driver installation and your device should be ready to use.
