Refunds & Returns Policy
We want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases want to make the buying process and experience as smooth as possible.
All orders can be cancelled unless they have been packed and shipped.
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us as soon as possible or within 12 hours of the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We will provide refunds if any one of the following occurs:
1. If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
2. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
3. If you do not want the product you have received for whatever reason, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your own expense and the item must be unused.

We will issue you a reference number. Send us the tracking number of the return shipment together with the reference number.
A 20% restocking fee will apply. The refund (less restocking fee) will be made after we have received the product.
Refunds are not entitled if the following occurs:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Repairs and Spares (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, riots, martial law, etc).
You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
We ensure that every product shipped out pass our quality controls and free from defect. Should there be a manufacturing defect, you can return the item back to us for an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
To qualify, send us the details and photos (if any) of the defect to email@example.com. We will issue you a reference number. Send us the tracking number of the return shipment together with the reference number and we will send a replacement straight away. All return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
If the item is no longer available, we will refund you the amount minus any costs, give you a store credit or if agreed, send a similar product replacement.
